We're Moving!!
Dear Valued Customers,
After nearly 10 years in Marrickville, Southern Cross Supplies will be moving to bigger premises at Lidcombe.
The move will be on 15th November 2019 but prior to the move, we would like to bring to your attention some changes to the ordering schedules.
At the new premises all our trucks will be leaving the warehouse at 5.30am in the morning to begin their deliveries.
The advantage of an early start is avoiding all the traffic and also ability to deliver to your shops earlier in the day.
However to facilitate this move, there will be a change in placing orders.
We would require all orders to be placed latest by 12pm for next day delivery and there will be no late additions via night messages, emails or by the reps.
Initially this may cause some inconvenience but as we deliver to most areas more than once a week and with your reps assistance we will endeavour to have a smooth transition. If there is an urgent need for an order, we will try our best to accommodate your request.
Importantly there will be no changes to the day you receive your deliveries.
Our new address is: 2/42 Birnie Avenue, Lidcombe NSW 2141
All other contact details remain the same.
As in Marrickville, we welcome customers to come and pick up at Lidcombe: 9am till 4pm.
All efforts will be taken to minimise any disruption to customers. Should you have any concerns or queries please do not hesitate to contact our office or your reps.
